1. Can I order a product online and visit a store to personally see the product ?
Yes, once you order your product you can contact us at +919880444440 or mail us at thebadshaspride@gmail.com . We will try and get back to you as soon as possible and message you the location of the store . 
2. Where are your stores located ?
Currently, we have three branches , all in Mysore . They are all named The Badsha's Pride 
--The Badsha's Pride, Victoria Complex, Sayyaji Rao Road,Mysore 570001

3. Will I be allowed to return or exchange a product once bought ?

As of now, we only accept exchanges and not returns. However you can cancel your order before it is delivered or deny the package during delivery. If you find any difficulties in denial , please immediately contact us.
 

Exchange of the product will be done only if 
-the product is not altered, washed, pressed or tampered. 
-the invoice bill is available and original tag of the product is not removed 

-reason for exchange is stated .

You can exchange a product only once. 

4.What should I do if I receive a damaged/wrong product ?

If you receive a damaged/wrong product , you can deny the product during delivery. If you were unable to do so or did not check during the delivery, you can contact us and share the pictures of the damage. You can either drop the product at our store and select another product of the same price range, or courier the package to our store addressed at

5. When can I expect the delivery of my product?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 3-8 business days depending on your geographical location. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

6. Do you ship products internationally ?
As of now, we only ship products across selected states in India. We are working with our logistics and will soon ship products internationally.
